5 I've tried burgers from all different places. I'm always in search of the best freshly made burger. Jimmy's is, so far the best burger I have ever had. The onion rings, fries and fried pickles are amazing as well. The service is excellent, the food is excellent. The place looks small from the outside but once you get inside it's a pretty big place. I'm not sure if I'll ever find a better burger but honestly after eating here I haven't really been looking that hard.
5 Great cozy country diner hidden by the railroad tracks. Great juicy burger, Thursday special, super nice staff. Special seasoned fries, didn't touch the ketchup
5 This was my hidden gem...others found it!!! It's still worth the wait and I never had a bad meal here. Jalapeno burger is my go to, but the wings hit as well. Fries or tots are a good complement and are seasoned well. Seating needs to be reviewed now that they get packed. They support military contracted lunch!!!
5 Really enjoyed my burger today. 1/2 hand formed. The ingredients were fresh - I liked the mushrooms and pablano pepper on the Pablano Burger.
5 I’m a bit behind on this. We were in here for the first time the afternoon of 12/19. The service was great. She asked if it was our first time and then took the time to ask if we’d like recommendations and explain the menu. These are both double burgers. One with bacon one without. We decided to go minimal to check out the patty flavor seeing as it was our first time before we went all in and got some of the other popular choices that have several other things on them that could potentially cover up the main thing here and were messy as well. They were fantastic. I ate the whole damn burger. I won’t lie. lol. I did tell him to take the fires from me. Those tots were perfection. Way to go. It’s worth the drive. The only thing that confused us was we didn’t know what to do with and weren’t informed what to do with our baskets afterwards. There were no trash cans, instructions or anything. (That I saw) The girl wasn’t at the register and I waited for her for a few minutes but, I just feel bad leaving my trash on the table. We asked another patron and she said yes she believed that’s what we were supposed to do.
5 Texas double burger 3.8/5 really great burger, patties were huge everything on the burger tasted amazing. Catfish 3.7/5 nice and Krispy, solid flavor not to seasoning, right there in the middle for a perfect blend. Tator tots 4.0/5 really Krispy, hard to mess up tots and they definitely didn't, they were steaming hot literally. It was worth the 17 min drive out my way. I'll definitely be back. Price was great to, walk out under $30 for 2 meals essentially.
5 Man this burgers are off the chain, the sweet potatoes are crispy and delicious Onion rings, seasoned fries are awesome as-well. I had the texas giant burger and it was mouthwatering and spicy too ! Come try them out.
5 Restaurant person leaving this review: I wanted to give this wonderful little nostalgic hole in the wall a solid 5 stars across the board but couldn't due to two things: Adriana (who was working the FOH and tables by herself) never once asked anyone how their meal was or if they needed anything else. She was not that busy so could have easily done that and I could've left the 5 stars even though they got my burger slightly wrong on the condiments (forgot the mayo). That being said: These were the absolute best burgers we've had bar none. I had the guacamole burger and husband got the Texas Double Cheeseburger (which he couldn't even finish)! Beyond burger perfection they both were. Meat was well seasoned and thankfully not too salty. We got them with their house made seasoned fries which were skin on as they should be. They also offer onion rings and sweet potato fries if you prefer. I also ordered the catfish filet which was seasoned and fried to perfection. Took it home to make a fish sandwich for lunch today and reheated in the air fryer it came out great. They make their own tarter sauce too! We have found our new go to burger joint.
The burgers are the star here, especially the jalapeno and pablano options. Don’t miss the onion rings, seasoned fries, and fried pickles for sides.
It works well for both quick bites and more relaxed dining, with fast counter service and a cozy, casual atmosphere inside.
Jimmy’s can get busy, especially during lunch and dinner rushes, so visiting outside peak meal times may offer a quieter experience.

Jimmy’s has wheelchair accessible entrances, parking, and seating, but restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
